Each participant may be asked to sing in the chorus of one of the main stage operas. During the fifth week of the program, there will be weekly Master Classes with resident faculty. During the first four weeks, each participant will receive up to 15 hours of Italian per week, two half-hour weekly coachings with Rossini Opera Festival coaches and two forty-five minute voice lessons per week. This opera is fully staged with costumes and piano. A select number of Young Artists will participate in four performances of the opera at theaters in the region.
